Ads Copilot and Ads Autopilot Supplemental Terms
Terms governing the use of advertising automation features.
1. Authority
By activating Ads Copilot/Autopilot, you authorise Afam Ops to access your connected advertising account data and take approved actions within your configured limits.
2. Customer Controls
You control: connected accounts, budgets, approval mode, autonomy limits, prohibited actions, emergency pause, and approvers. Afam Ops must not exceed your configured authority.
3. External Dependencies
Execution depends on external platform credentials, permissions, app review, account status, and availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for: legal claims, products, offers, audiences, creative rights, disclosures, landing pages, fulfilment, and platform compliance.
5. No Guarantees
Afam Ops does not guarantee approval, leads, sales, conversion, profit, or return on advertising spend.
6. Fees
Advertising spend is paid to the ad platform, not Afam Ops. Ads Autopilot management fees are separate and accrue only after explicit activation and acceptance of the fee schedule.
7. Logging
Recommendations, evidence, approvals, attempts, results, errors, and monitoring are logged.
8. Completion Claims
Afam Ops will not claim an action completed unless the external platform confirms execution.
