AI & Media Credits Supplemental Terms
Terms governing the use of AI & Media Credits on Afam Ops.
1. Nature of Credits
AI & Media Credits are internal usage units for cost-bearing actions on Afam Ops. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money except as expressly allowed.
2. Credit Types
Credits may be: included with subscription, purchased, trial, promotional, restored after failed generation, or refunded. Each type is separately identified.
3. Action Costs
The credit cost of each action is displayed before use where practicable. Costs may vary by action type, model, and complexity.
4. Expiry and Rollover
Expiry and rollover rules are displayed at purchase or activation. Owner action required: confirm final expiry and rollover rules before production.
5. Failed Generations
Verified failed or unfulfilled actions must not permanently consume credits. Credits are restored for confirmed failures.
6. Price Changes
Afam Ops may adjust future action costs with notice where required. Already purchased credits are not retroactively removed because an action price changes.
7. Limitations
Credits are independent from third-party provider wallets. Abuse, resale, or circumvention may result in limits or suspension.
8. Pending Approval
No final public credit amounts or top-up packs will be displayed until the owner approves the Credit Economics Decision Pack.
