Copyright and DMCA Policy

How to report copyright infringement and our response process.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Afam Ops without authorisation, you may submit a takedown notice. Include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury; (f) your physical or electronic signature.

2. DMCA Agent

Our designated DMCA agent details will be published after US Copyright Office registration. Until then, send notices to copyright@afamops.com. Owner action required: complete DMCA agent registration before production publication.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with required statutory elements. We will forward the counter-notice to the complainant and restore the material after the required waiting period unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Afam Ops will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
